Endeavour’s School Travel Plan is currently accredited by STARS at a Gold Standard, and is being re-accredited this year.
The School Travel Plan is an all embracing online process that describes what the school is doing to make more people cycle safely and to be more active.
This includes:
- Bike maintenance workshops
- Bike-ability training at all levels
- Cycling trips
- Encouraging adults to cycle
- Walking activities
- Youth Travel Ambassador activities
- Road Safety campaigns and talks
- National Initiatives including Big Pedal and BRAKE’s Road Safety campaigns
- Staff car sharing incentives
There are many activities involved in our Travel Plan and we are always looking to develop more.
