Being able to see World War I up close through authentic exhibits and artefacts, a full-scale trench model, and military vehicles has greatly enhanced their understanding of the topic. Experiences like this bring history to life, helping pupils make meaningful connections with what they learn in the classroom and gain a deeper appreciation of the realities of the war.
